There are only two levels of "paralysis" for which compensation awards are made. The award level is affected by the extent of any residual movement, presence of pain, depression and or age/life expectancy.
Quadriplegia - the award range is £232,000 - £288,500.
Paraplegia - the award range is £156,750 - £203,000.
